When it comes to research and advocacy, she is passionate about understanding the impact climate change has on our children’s health and wellbeing.
When asked what drew her to the medical field she says, “I have always wanted to be just like my own pediatrician: a wonderful doc who provided compassionate care for myself and my brother from birth until we left for college. He inspired confidence in my physical health and strength, for which I am deeply grateful.”
In her spare time, Dr. Keenan loves riding her bike, backcountry and skate skiing, nurturing her bountiful indoor plant garden, and cuddling her cat, Joey. She and her boyfriend are new to Grand Junction and are loving getting to know the surrounding mountains.
