Our Values
What our employees say
I have been a Physical Therapist here at PTSC for over 21 years. I continue to enjoy treating the wide range of patient diagnoses we see and assisting all my patients achieve their goals. I also value the consistent teamwork environment we utilize to best serve our patients assisting them back to their optimal function.
“I love working for Primary Care Partners. This is the only job I have ever had where I was actually excited to go to work everyday. I love the convenience PCP provides for their patients to receive almost every aspect of their care in one location. I love the challenge and continuous educational opportunities that my position presents. I love the fun, energetic atmosphere of PCP. I work with great people and PCP is a great company.”
I love the autonomy that each provider is allowed because PT should not be a one-size-fits-all approach and different providers have different skills that they can use to help their patients feel better. I also enjoy the wide age range of patients I see, from middle schoolers to those in their 90s! All the staff at PTSC is kind and caring and easy to get along with as well.
I have worked at PCP for 20 years, It is a Pretty Caring Place to work. Working at Grand Junction Diagnostics allows me to help our providers get the information they need to diagnose and treat our patients, by doing mammograms, blood tests, and x-rays. Grand Junction Diagnostics provides me with continuing education and opportunities to learn new things. There has been so much change and growth since I first started, when you love what you do and where you do it, it makes going to work rewarding and enjoyable.
I appreciate working with a very knowledgeable group of physical therapists who work as a team to provide great care for all of our patients. I have specialized in several different areas of PT treatment. PTSC has been supportive in terms of education, marketing, and caseload development.
Being a part of GJD and PCP is very rewarding. We can work hard but still have fun, and even make amazing friendships that stay with us outside of work. There’s never a dull moment but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
What I enjoy about working at PCP is the staff and the patients. Every day is unique and can be challenging, but it is never boring. The staff here is great and we have a lot of fun and we always learn something new almost every day. The providers are friendly and caring and do their best to ensure that the patients are taken care of. They also ensure that their staff is well trained and willing to teach if the staff is unsure of knowing how to do things. It is a great working and learning environment and I absolutely love my job!
